- Can I put my quilt in the washing machine?
- Yes, all our quilts and accessories are machine washable at 40 degrees. Washing and drying instructions are on every item.
- Is the single quilt wide enough to drape over a double bed?
- Yes the single quilt is designed to hang down either side of a single bed, so on a double it completely covers the top of the bed.
- Will I get a full refund if I am not happy with my purchase?
- Yes, although Babyface are confident that you will love our products as they are very high quality and very reasonably priced compared to what’s available elsewhere. However if you are not happy with your product simply return it within 14 days of receipt (unused and in original packing) for exchange or refund. Original delivery charges are non-refundable on unsatisfactory or unsuitable items. Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us.
- What’s the cost of postage?
- For orders over £75 the cost is £7.92 and we use a reliable courier company to deliver your order. For smaller individual items we will use Royal Mail first class post so that you are not paying too much for postage.
- Can you deliver to International destinations?
- Yes, although we are currently unable to process international orders through the website. If you are interested in placing an order this can be done by credit card via our Customer Services telephone number 01483 481550. We accept all credit cards except American Express.
